Before the visit - PGE Narodowy Tours

Dear Group visiting PGE Narodowy Stadium, before arriving for the tour:

1. Check how to reach the Main Reception area located above gate no. 1 (from the direction of Al. Zieleniecka), at turnstiles S and R.

2. Select the parking option. Parking spaces for minibuses and buses are available by the rail station Warszawa Stadion, entry from ul. Siwca, ul. Sokola or ul. Zamoyskiego.

3. Prepare your tickets. They should be printed, cut off and distributed among the tour participants.

4. Wear comfortable clothes. The visiting tour is a longer walk. The cloakroom is not available.

5. Don’t be late. The tour starts at the hour visible on the order and on the tickets. In case of delays above 15 minutes, your tour may not be held. In such a situation, you will not be entitled to reimbursement of the tour costs or any compensation (see: art. 5 par. 10 of the Regulations).

6. Go to tour checkouts in the Main Reception in order to report arrival of your group.

7. Use the restroom before taking the tour. Toilets are available in the Main Reception area - it will not be possible later on, along the tour route.

8. Wait for the guide. The tour will commence at the tour checkouts. The guide will walk you through the PGE Narodowy Stadium.

9. Don't separate yourself from the group. In case you get lost, do not try to locate the group on your own. Try to contact the tour guardian, the closest to you persons from the stadium personnel or another guide.

10. Use the Viewing Point. The ticket price for a guide tour includes entry to the Viewing Point.

Dear Guest visiting PGE Narodowy Stadium, before arriving for the tour:

2. Select the parking option. The paid underground parking is located at levels -4 and -3. The free parking is located at PGE Narodowy Stadium meadows next to the rail station Warszawa Stadion.

3. Prepare your tickets. Tickets may be presented in the paper or electronic form.

4. Wear comfortable clothes. The visiting tour is a longer walk. The cloakroom is not available.

6. Proceed to the tour checkouts in the Main Reception and wait for the Guide who will start the tour there.

7. Use the restroom before taking the tour. Toilets are available in the Main Reception area - it will not be possible later on, along the tour route.

8. Wait for the guide. At the time visible on the ticket the guide will commence the tour by the tour checkouts, walking you through the PGE Narodowy Stadium.

9. Don't separate yourself from the group. In case you get lost, do not try to locate the group on your own. Try to contact other tour participants, preferably your friends, the closest to you persons from the stadium personnel or another guide.

10. Use the Viewing Point. The ticket price for a guide tour includes entry to the Viewing Point.

ACCESS VIA PUBLIC COMMUNICATION

In vicinity of the stadium there are many public communication stops and a city bikes’ station located at the Rondo Jerzego Waszyngtona. In case of commuting via public communication it is best to reach gate no. 1 via the following routes:

from the direction of Rondo Jerzego Waszyngtona (bus and tram stops – passing by the monument of Kazimierz Górski – head towards gate no. 1.

from the tube line M2and the rail station Warszawa Stadion move along Aleja Zieleniecka where, having passed gate no. 11, you will reach gate no. 1.
